sapalkov I have some tasks in the project and some of them is overdue. Meaning initially they were supposed to finish 1 week ago, but the % of completeness is 70% now. So IMHO this task should be shown as overdue. How to make this type of task to reflect correctly? As well as all the other tasks which depend on that task, so I know that those tasks are out of track already.
vicky sapalkov which Merlin variant do you use? Merlin Project or Merlin Project Express? On Mac or the iPad? Which version? With Merlin Project on the Mac or the iPad, you'll see overdue colouring in the Work breakdown > Progress view configuration. An item of 70% completion, scheduled to be completed last week will show red. Isn't so in your case?
sapalkov I am using express in Mac. It shows red (pink) but it the right task details it shows ON TIME

vicky thanks and what about the 'the complete info on the Actual Values inspector' ? Also... When I define such an activity on my app it will be shown as behind schedule. Which is your status date? Settings > General > Status Date
sapalkov Thank you, i have changed the status date to AUTO and now it is BEHIND THE SCHEDULE, however the dependend tasks not showing as a behind the schedule. How to make it to be highlighted as a behind the schedule - like EXPECTED to be behind the schedule?

vicky Yes we see. There are lot of settings enabled in your project which need to be reconsidered. Also you might want to switch to Merlin Project because it offers various additional visualisation and scheduling features not included in Merlin Project Express
