Copy Notes content between views

Hi, how can I share the same content into the column "Notes" between "Workbreakdown > Entry" view and Workbreakdown > Client" custom view? Or alternately of can I copy from here to there with a click? I tried "select all" copy and paste but it doesn't work. Thanks!

The column 'Notes' is visible in your Work breakdown > Entry view, and you need to show it in your custom view Work Breakdown > Client too?

To do so:

Switch to the Work Breakdown > Client view if not done already
call Column there from the Insert menu
select For existing field
and select the Notes field to be shown as a column.

Hi Vicky, thanks for the feedback.

I have "Notes" column active in both views, "Entry" and "Client" (this is a custom view).
If I write some text into "Notes" column in "Entry" view, the text doesn't appear into "Notes" column in the custom view "Client".

AAMM hmm, that‘s strange. Are you sure they are both work breakdown views?
Can you provide some screenshots showing a row in one view showing a note, and the same row in the other view with empty notes?

That's correct Stacyy99
There was a misunderstanding in the initial question. The user had created a custom column called 'Notes' in addition to the build-in one. So when inserting a Column from the Insert menu, one needed to pay attention to select the correct Notes field.
