vicky Did you insert the resources into your project already? If not, you can create them thus: https://www.projectwizards.net/documentation/merlin-project/reference/en/index.html#_creating_resources There are various ways to assign more than one resource to an activity, I'll name hereafter my favourite one: select the activity row call the pop-up window which opes when you click onto the Resources toolbar icon check the checkboxes of the resources you want to assign the work to.
