Whoa; I just had a brain explosion after looking at Vicky's recent post (actually, it was the referenced article).
You folks should create a project that is specifically about learning Merlin, that folks could download and use to learn. What a great way to learn Merlin and all of its intricacies, with links to related documentation and videos. This could be easily updated as new ideas come to mind, or features get added.
Learning is multi-modal, and not everyone learns the same way. It would be great if blog posts such as, Merlin Project: Descriptive Text Help for Custom Columns also has a video showing the concept AND a written description with any needed illustrations (as in the blog post). This of course is true for most tutorials.
Hi Peter, shall I say I am sorry or glad for the brain explosion due to the post? :-) Thanks for your thoughts, we too want to do more and better videos wherever it helps.
