Pete So you would like to display the exceptions within the Gantt? Selecting a Time scale the Inspector offers three options for adjusting the Non-working time shown within the Gantt as explained here: https://www.projectwizards.net/documentation/merlin-project-express/guides/en/21-freetime.pdf
