Hey everyone,

I have been using Merlin Project for a while but I still feel like I’m not fully utilizing its capabilities, especially when handling complex projects with multiple dependencies. I would love to hear from experienced users what are your best practices for:

Managing Dependencies Efficiently – How do you keep track of task relationships without making the timeline overwhelming: ??
Resource Allocation – Any tips for balancing workloads across a team without overloading individuals: ??
Customizing Reports – What’s the best way to generate clear and insightful reports for stakeholders: ??
Syncing Across Devices – I sometimes face sync issues between my Mac and iPad. Any reliable solutions: ??

Also, if you have any general productivity hacks specific to Merlin Project.., I would love to hear them !! Looking forward to your insights.

Wow Mitchel, that is what I call a roundup question 😉

There are so many things I could talk about… I do everything in Merlin Project beside making coffee 😆 But it is quite impossible to answer your questions. Each of them could result in a book of hundreds of pages. Even the productivity hacks are endless.
