I have been using Merlin Project for a while but I still feel like I’m not fully utilizing its capabilities, especially when handling complex projects with multiple dependencies. I would love to hear from experienced users what are your best practices for:
Managing Dependencies Efficiently – How do you keep track of task relationships without making the timeline overwhelming: ??
Resource Allocation – Any tips for balancing workloads across a team without overloading individuals: ??
