Timeline and Scroll to "today" in HTML Export

Hi, i was wondering if it is somehow possible to show the "Timeline" (aka the today marker) in den HTML-Export page.

Also i would like the webpage to automatic scroll to / center "today" on opening the web page. It is very annoying to search and scroll manually to today every time you open the web page. The problem grows bigger the larger the project plan gets.

Is there a feature i am missing? Otherwise consider it as a feature request 😉

Hi Gabriel,

if you need the visualisation of the timeline, I would suggest you export as Image: Export > Image > PDF Vector Image

If you need in the html the gantt around the current date, you may export the html after using a filter or date range limitation around the current date.

So if you limit the date range in Merlin Project

And export as html, you get only the visible 17 entries

Or you set a filter, for example this month

And get the same filtered activities in the html
