NOTE: There isn't a column Address but you could create a custom field for that.
To insert resource related columns, you proceed similar to how you insert columns in a Work breakdown or Assignments view (this with the Gantt diagram).
You can use the menu Insert > Column call.
For a view showing the Resources and their Assignments, you'll need to switch to an Assignments view.
A table like your screenshot is not directly available. Because you seam to have mixed info in each row; meaning Activity (Rückbau, Demontage, etc) are activities, but Kontakt Person, Adresse, Email are Resource's info.
