I am working on refining my project management workflow and could use some advice from this awesome community. 😊
Right now, I am juggling multiple projects, and it’s starting to feel a bit chaotic. I am using Merlin Project, which has been great so far, but I know there is probably more I can do to make things smoother and more efficient. I am especially interested in any tips or tricks that you all use to manage timelines and resources more effectively.
Also, if you’ve integrated any other tools or plugins with Merlin Project that have made a big difference for you, I’d love to hear about them!
