Inspector color scheme issues

I have been using this great piece of software since version 2. it offers a real solution for professional project management on Mac (I am not a project manger myself but I bought it using my own money to keep up to date with this side of the business). I was keen on upgrading all the way to version 4 where Project wizard decided to jump on the wagon of (subscription based services...costly for me). now my old fully function version that still runs on my old iMAC running Mojave and my new Mac book air running Sonoma have a ver strange issue. the color of fonts on the inspector (the right hand side) is getting faded or transparent font while the rest of the app is not. I cn still use all the functions but reading the inspector icons with difficulty.
I tried to get help from Project Wizard, I received a very disappointing reply "an old piece of software, you need to use either the express version (under powered) or go on a subscription plan". I dont need the new function of the latest version.
Has any one had such an issue, any possible solutions?

Hi Macca, your screenshot is made on a Mac supported by the version 4? The iMAC running Mojave?
Do you maybe have installed there extensions changing the colours of your Mac?

Anyhow, you can try detaching the inspector from the main window. According to our support system, we've informed you about this option in our last reply. In case you've missed it:
To detach the inspector to the main window,

call Merlin Project > Preferences > General
and select for the Inspector Position the option Separate window

I was just about to report that solution... it actually work, not only on my old Mac (iMac Mojave) but also on M1 MacBook Air running the latest OSX from apple (OSX 15 Sequoia , beta version). I received this tip from project wizard team support on my second communication. great technical support.

BTW just for the shake of testing the issue you report…
I just installed version 4 on my Ventura, and the inspector shows there in the correct colours.

I would really suggest you check your iMac running Mojave for extensions causing issues with the GUI and disable them if they are not essential for your needs.
